Please note that these are not full-length insoles. For optimal fit, follow these instructions: 1) Align the heel portion of the insole with the heel of your shoe, and 2) Firmly press the rest of the insole into place. The insoles feature a double-sided adhesive tape on the back. To remove the liner from the tape, the easiest method is to attach a piece of duct tape to the corner of the liner and gently pull the duct tape away to lift off the liner.
