Instructions for use: 1. Remove the original or manufacturer insoles from your shoes. 2. Place the new Happystep insoles back to back with the original insoles. 3. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel. 4. Use a marker to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole. 5. Cut the Happystep insoles along the cutting line.

It is highly recommended not to wear Happystep insoles together with other insoles, including your original insoles. This can make your shoe too tight and cause discomfort. Insoles should be replaced every 3 months to promote the best foot health.
