Our insoles come in three different sizes, all of which can be easily trimmed to fit your exact needs. For men sizes 8-12 or women sizes 9-14, we recommend size L with a length of 30 cm. For men sizes 6-7.5 or women sizes 6.5-8.5, size M with a length of 26.5 cm is ideal. And for women sizes 5-6, size S with a length of 23.5 cm is the perfect fit.

Here's how to use our insoles: Start by removing the original or manufacture insoles from your shoes. Then, place the new HappyStep insoles back to back with the original ones. Make sure to align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole. Finally, cut the HappyStep insoles along the cutting line, and enjoy the comfort they provide!

It is important to note that we highly recommend not wearing HappyStep insoles together with other insoles, including your original ones. This can make your shoes too tight and uncomfortable. We also advise replacing your insoles every three months to ensure the best foot health.
