After approximately three minutes, the blue material will become soft and pliable. Insert the insole into your shoe and step onto it with your foot to mold it to your unique foot shape. Repeat the process with the other foot. Alternatively, you can trim the excess material and wear the insole in your shoe as usual for about two weeks. During this time, the insole will gradually mold to the shape of your foot.
