They are 3/4 length insoles, covering from the ball of the foot to the heel and fitting US Women Size 8 - 10. They can be easily trimmed to fit your own size. To ensure the best fit: 1. Line up the heel part of the insole against the shoe. 2. Press the rest of the insole evenly into the shoe.

There is double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the insoles. To remove the liner on the double-sided tape, stick a piece of duct tape on the corner of the liner and slowly pull it off.

The heel and ball of the foot cushions provide long-lasting comfort, relieving foot pain and making walking and standing in high heels more comfortable. The insoles are light and thin, fitting in most high heels and weighing only 4 grams. They are also removable without damaging your shoes.
