USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes. 2. Place the new insoles back to back with your current insoles. 3. If the new insoles are longer than your current ones, trim the new insoles along the outline to match the size. 4. Insert the new insoles into your shoes (do not use both the new insoles and your current insoles at the same time).
DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION: Replace the insoles every 3 months for optimal foot health. As a first-time user, you may feel a slight support sensation in the arch area of your foot for the first two days, which may feel slightly tight and uncomfortable. Please continue to use the product as this is normal.
TIPS: - Keep your shoes dry. - Remove the original sole before inserting the soft insole. - Store the insoles in a well-ventilated place to keep them dry and fresh. - Avoid exposing the insoles to high temperatures.
