These insoles provide all-day comfort, making work easier while offering extra shock absorption for easier walking. They are ideal replacements for insoles in dress shoes/boots, tennis shoes, running shoes, flats, and slippers.

If you are unsure about the size, you can order your shoe size as the insoles have a thickness of 5mm. However, if your shoes are already tight, you may consider ordering a size down for the insoles.
